People are a hazard when you let them get in close. All my life I have believed, and believed firmly that that is crap, I have advocated the ‘Carpe Diems’ and the ‘ nothing ventured, nothing lost’ mantra till now. Now that 2012 is about to depart I admit I was wrong. Logic was right, as were clichés. People are hazardous, the more power you give them over you the more vulnerable you become and everyone hits, for the jugular! Clam yourself tight, tighter then an air tight can, interact but don’t go the whole way, keep it confined to a well-defined line, the more superficial the better and most important, don’t think of forever in any relationship, no matter what.
