In every profession  people do rub each other the wrong way, the only thing which  differs is the ratio of personal whims to objectivity. On a crappy day the cherry on the top is A giving you a lecture about B & C, both of whom are senior to you with a very bewildered you wondering what you are supposed to do in the face of this diatribe. Somedays you are just not meant to get out of bed!
