I had heard about people perverse enough to refuse something just because they had some power to do so! I had been fortunate enough to NOT encounter them….till now! I can understand how personal gain or animosity could motivate someone to withhold what someone else desires but to do so without any reason except you can is just plain SICK!!!!!!

There are sick people and most of them are cruel. I recently learned that first hand. Sigh.
