‘you don’t care’, a statement which is so frequently flung in people’s faces it has become a cliché and yet the emotional drama accompanying it is never diminished no matter how many times it happens. I don’t understand why we must make it an issue. The way I see it if someone doesn’t care this issuance would hardly matter and if they do then apparently however you want them to prove how important you are to them, they have no clue how to go about it if you are still saying this so even then its futile’

The flinger of the words I understand even less. If you really feel they don’t care, do you really believe your announcement no matter how hysterical is going to have any effect? And if they do, and you don’t believe them then it s even worse for trust comes from within. Its not something which is dependant on what the other person does and sometimes this statement leads to tragedies you will never forgive yourself for if they happen in attempts to prove they do care. And despite all this, the ‘you don’t care’ still follow religiously. I will always flunk people 101 no matter how long I take the course it seems
