A clean break, irrespective of whether its friendship or more, is the best or so they say so what the hell do you do when you are linked by a people chain in the most unexpected manner!
Trust me when something MUST be broken, the chain is a curse, its not nice to know you are being extra extrovert/nice/helpful/whatnot to someone not because of who they are, but because of who they know/related to/connected to. It doesnt make one feel good about oneself.....
